Hi,
I'm running my PC HDMI output, from a SAPPHIRE HD 4670 512MB graphic card, via an ONKYO TX SR606, a powered splitter projector/SONY Bravia TV.
The problem is that when watching a video file there appears to be a momentary repeated disconnections. The TV displays the same info as if the HDMI lead has been pulled.
There is no pattern, it can play for an hour and then have the problem several times.
The problem does not occur when feeding a free sat or a PS3 through the ONKYO.
I have checked connections, and fed the TV direct to the PC with no problems at all, proving the cables are good. All is powered via spike proof power feed
Tearing my hair out here (not much left).... considering a new amp, as I assume that's where the fault lies.
Any help appreciated....
