Tron uprising sound quality

Just watching this preview on Disney XD and the sound decoding on my amp is showing as Dolby Digital EX. I have never noticed this before on Sky as i dont have the movie channels i have only ever seen Dolby Digital 5.1. Is this new? If so, well done Sky. Quality!
