when speakers are "bi-wired" the mid driver and the tweeter are powered separatly from the amp

if a speaker has a tweeter, mid driver and a woofer, could it be tri-wired so each driver is powered separatly ??

If each speaker is powered seperately it would be triamped and not triwired.

Biwiring (and triwiring) is of very dubious benefit and the subject has been covered many times before which means that there is plenty for you to read if you use the forum search facility.

My Ruark Solstice speakers are triwirable. I have got Ecosse MS 2.3 for the base and Ecosse 1.5 for the other two.
