Transformers Blu Ray wont play in PDVD8U

Hi all
Just bought transformers on bluray. after clicking play on powerdvd 8 ultra the paramount advertisment plays and the language selection screen appears. after this powerdvd just has a black screen.
can anyone help?

i am legend works fine.

i have a pioneer bdc-202bk drive

Try disconnecting your network connection and then playing the film.

I'm having the same problem here with Transformers blu-ray.. Updated to latest PowerDVD 8 .2217 still no luck..

Are you running AnyDVD? AIUI some new titles use a version of BD+ encryption that hasn't been reverse engineered yet by Slysoft.
