Transfer minidisc songs to PC/Mac - Help...

    as per title, i have hundred's of minidiscs which i would like to transfer to my laptop.

    Does anyone know of any ways i can just extract the info and then export to something like itunes or a seperate music folder...:lease:

    any help would be most welcomed...

    Sony's current portable Hi-MD recorder, the MZ-RH1, is the only MD device that will allow you to upload legacy MDs via USB. Same as ripping CDs, it will do this via Sony's SonicStage program, which will save the song file in ATRAC format, then it will automatically convert the file into WAV. You can then import the WAV files into iTunes or use an MP3 convertor.
