Transfer contacts & photos

I've currently got a jailbroken / unlocked iPhone 3g and I'm in the process of buying a 3gs. I want to jailbreak / unlock the 3 gs and transfer all my contacts to the new phone.

Can anyone tell me how to do this (if it's possible) or point me in the direction of a good guide.

Again, as per your other thread asking for JB advice on a 3GS, the advice is already out there.

Sync the 3G with iTunes to back it up, sync your 3GS with iTunes when you get it and restore it from the backup (you'll be prompted) then follow the advice in this forum to JB.
