TP-Link W8960N Issue

    Hey folks,

    I am a total noob when it comes to stuff like this, but i was just wondering if anyone could help me.

    I bought a TP-Link W8960N (after my last router blew up), and it arrived today. It's not a permanent solution, just a short term one whilst i ponder switching ISP's (currently with BE Broadband). After I installed it using the CD, i wasn't expecting the internet to start working without my ISP username and password.

    Yet it does.

    Moreso, the internet light isn't even on either. So surely there can be no internet connection? Every other router I have ever had has not worked unless the internet light is solid green. Looking in the troubleshooting guide, it says that if the internet light is off, there is either no PPP connection, or it is working in Bridge mode? How is that possible when it is the only router I have that is on, and I haven't configured it that way?

    What IP address are you getting on your client devices?
