This is the first oneTotally loved this 4th movie, my favourite out of the bunch
May the 4th be with himThis is the first one
This movie was rendered at 1536*922, well below 1080p, so I'm struggling to see the point of a "4K" release, other than HDR.
Probably been re-rendered.
Highly unlikely. That data is ancient, so unless Pixar have kept it up to date over the past few decades it will be totally incompatible with modern Renderman setups.
Apparently it was re-rendered at 2K for the original 2010 Blu-ray release, so this is probably an upscale based on the same master.
Well if it was re-rendered in 2010 there is no reason why it wouldn't be re-rendered again from those files.
While I can't say it's impossible, just feels like they would have made a selling point of it in the marketing if they had done that.
He BELIEVES he is an actual Space Ranger, but as a Toy, he cannot help but freeze - because, Toy / Plot ScienceOne thing I've never understood, Buzz doesn't believe he's a toy and thinks he's an actual space ranger, so why does he freeze like any other toy when a human is around?
