    Hi Guys
Has anyone tried Totem Mites or Dreamcatches for their 5.1 system.
Just wondering how they compare to the other Sub/Sat packages like the Kef 2005.2?.

I don't think that the speakers you mention are satellites as even the Mites are full(ish) range. We heard a pair of Totems at Bristol this year and the sound they produced was excellent but although I can't remember the names they were £900 per pair.

The Mites look lovely but at £450 per pair are considerably more expensive than Eggs

The Totems are superb litle speakers IMHO and are in a different class to the KEF Eggs, both in terms of sonics and also, unfortunately, in terms of price!!
Don't forget the Mordaunt Short Genies though! As mentioned in another thread on this forum, they beat the KEFs in a What Hi-fi? supertest this month.
