Anyone got this version version from France?

It looks very good - 2-disc, loads of extras including the commentary, sweet packaging, £16, English 5.1 track etc.....

Looks pretty sweet! There is also a Region1 Spec Ed. Basic Instinct Spec Ed is coming out on Region2 soon, so I expect Total Recall will follow soon... Anyone heard anything?

I've already got the R1 Total Recall S/E but I hate the 'Mars' packaging so much that I'm seriously considering getting this French one and replacing it.....

As for Basic Instinct? Well here are the details for the UK 10th anniversary S/E:

Interviews with Paul Verhoeven, cinematographer Jan De Bont and feminist writer Camille Paglia
"Blonde Poison" - making of documentary
"Cleaning Up Basic Instinct" - a comparison of the TV and theatrical versions
Footage of Sharon Stone and Jeanne Tripplehorn's screen tests
    Featurette
    Photo gallery
    Storyboard comparisons
    Theatrical trailer and teaser trailer
Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 sound

Sorry tee, I think you misunderstood me - I am aware of the BI spec ed. My point was that as they are both from the same director it was likely that TR would soon follow.

Ah! I see..... Yep, good point. I imagine as both are relased by Artisan in the US, both will get a release by Momentum here?

Yes a bit like shoe polish, and how do you put it on the shelf with the rest of your collection, it would roll of.
