Just thought I pass this on.... been pulling my hair out
trying to get Videoplus+ working on my XS34, anyway finally nailed it.
I couldn't work out what the Guide Channel number association was in connection with my Telewest Program channel now, searched high and low, eventually found Videoplus+ support website :- http://www.showview.com/
Select Videoplus+ button
Select Channel list in left hand menu
Select UK and Ireland in right hand page
Now this page shows the Guide Channel Number, so now you can key-in/update the guide number for the relatively new/obsure channels that Videoplus+ support.
Hope this helps others in the same boat....
