    Hi,
I had an older model which I bought on the web, a Tosh SD22VB which was supposedly multi-region...

When it arrived, it wasn't, but a quick tel call to the firm (sorry, can't recall who they were) and they posted me a burnt dvd-r disc with the multi region instructions.

It was easy to install and played all region discs without fail.

Thanks for your reply but I have since bought a disc from DVD Chips and it has done the job, cant recommend this company highly enough, very quick and very good service.
