Toshiba SD260E or Philips DVP3040?

Have found both the above DVD players at a decent price but have no idea which is the best or if any of these players are known to have problems. Just need a fairly good quality player with RGB scart output and DivX playback. Anything else is a bonus really.

Does anyone have one of the above? Can anyone offer any feedback on them?

I just got a tosh 260 from amazon and sent it back as I couldn't make it multi-region despite trying and retrying the "hack". Seems a few others have the same problem.
