I was on the verge of changing my dvd player to the Toshiba SD220(e) when my vcr decided to pack up.

Now being in need of both a dvd player and a vcr, I thought I'd have a look at the dvd/vcr combis on offer.

Does anyone own or have any opinions on the Tosh SD22VB. I've been unable to find any reviews on it.

Also, is it likely that the dvd player in it uses the same components as that used in the SD220.

    Many thanks.

Toshiba SD-22VB hasn't component video outputs, Bit Rate Display or CD/DVD Text.
If these don't bother you the combi is fine.
I prefer separate DVD player and VCR, but that's just me.
