Have recently bought a multi-region SD220 from Richer Sounds and been very impressed with picture, sound etc. However I also bought a R1 version of Ocean's Eleven from play.com and it will not work on this player. I have heard about RCE encoding and have read the recent thread on the bios updates for the SD220 but nobody has mentioned whether the multi-region 220 should handle RCE discs or not.
My question is - Should the Tosh SD220 handle all R1 discs (including RCE) and secondly is R1 Ocean's Eleven RCE encoded?

    Thanks in anticipation

Toshibas are a bit notorious for RCE titles.

If your multi-region mod doesn't play RCE's automatically, there should be a workaround.

    Look here:

and try this (taken from second URL):
