    Hello all,

I'm posting on behalf of a friend who I recommended to buy the above player.

It worked fine for 5 hours, then all of a sudden he went back to turn it on again and the picture was severly distorted with no way of bringing the setup menu up. Sound is not affected.

All connections have been tried and tested and the video output is the same on all.

Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it. Or is it a matter of replacing the unit as it is faulty.

    Many thanks.

    David.
