Toshiba SD-500E DVD-A Player any good?

    Is anyone currently using the new Toshiba SD-500E DVD-A player? Is it as good as HCC says it is? If so who is doing the best price for the the machine multi-region.

    do u mean the tosh 200 E dvd, if so just bought one for 300 quid from Sound and Vision , Bolton ..free delivery...pictures are stunning, sound is fantastic as well, the twin disk tray is handy for my copied vcds...only gripe...the remote..its total crap !!! but small price to pay...buy it !!!     The Tosh is has the best picture available below the progressive scan jobbies of the SONY and PIONEER (at 500+ quid each).

    The Tosh is only let down by the RCE agro.
    A fix is coming soon for the 200.

    but there is a Toshiba 2300 coming soon, with HDCD® and NUON. If its sorted for RCE and multi region, illl be getting one of these puppies [​IMG]
