Toshiba SD-380..Any Good?

Hi, my Samsung 709 finaly died tonight and I want to replace it tomorrow.

The SD-380 looked like it had good features for a cheap price (i've seen it for less than £40).

Does it have Coaxial audio out etc?

I can't find a picture of the rear panel to see what connections it has.

I don't yet have an HDMI TV.
