    Hi

I have just bought a SD-340 and am surprised to read that it'll only work with 650MB/74min CD-R disks. Is this the case or are they just being ultra cautious? I'm a bit concerned because from a quick perusal of my normal disk suppliers it appears that the smallest CD-Rs they all supply is 700MB/80min.

I've tried some 700mb I burnt MP3's on for my old 220 and the 340 played right to the end, same with music upto 82 mins.

My 220 manual also stated 650mb and that had no trouble with 700's either.

Yup, my 340 plays 700MB/80 minute CDs fine as well.

Thanks both for your replies. I've now tried a 700MB CD-R and a 640MB CD-RW and they both worked fine.

    Cheers - Andy
