Toshiba RPTV: What A Load of Crap

    Further to my earlier post re 46WH08B - thanks for your comments but it was more than just a warm up problem guys.

    It is totally down the Swanee now - been on several hours but convergence totally out, picture unwatchable. The user menu cannot even be accessed and used.

    Looks like I'm one of the people on this forum who drew the Toshiba short straw!! Can't remember who asked the question but how DO they get away with taking the thick end of £2000 and then delivering a load of crap?!!!

    Looking forward to giving them so much grief they will wish they had never heard of me.

    It's not just Toshiba. There are a lot of people that have had problems with their Sony models, me being one of them. Bloody disgraceful.

    your nearly right DTS Borg, but the truth is customer service in UK is crap.

    I have spent a bit of time in the states, and we are a very poor cousin when it comes to customer service.
