That's great news, for Pioneer owners!

The reason i ask about Toshiba is because i currently have a Tosh 510e and am looking to stick with Toshiba, as it's a cracking player and am looking forward to an official Pal P player from them.

I am on the look out myself for a pal progressive scan dvd player. At the moment i have a pioneer 737 . I had the phillips 963 dvd player but i was not very keen on the picture that it gave me. I found that i could get a far better picture from my pioneer 737. with the component input.

If Toshiba had any common sense you'd have thought their '530' model released in August would be PAL/NTSC progressive scan.
