    A native pal resolution DLP, how long before a 720p hits this price level?

    I would imagine the XBox360 will output 720p, so this PJ would have to downscale the image which probably won't look too good...

    Least it could save me some money

    From memory this has a 4:3 chip with some of the lines switched off to make it widescreen. As I recall it's not as good as some of the other PAL res widescreen chip models, but seems to be a steal at this price.

    I think it did have some issues. Do a search on this forum and you might get the opinions of actual users.

    It produces a good image, but the two I had had bloody awefull lightspill.

    If you're projecting onto a white wall you'll see large, mis-shapen grey bars top and bottom of the 16:9 picture.
