Has anyone experience of these projectors? I had an MT1 demo'd today and I was very impressed for a price of £2000. Any comments?

    Hi Delta,
I have one of these (MT1) and for the price it is an excellent machine.
The MT1 has been replaced by the MT3 now and so any MT1's around now will soon go.
The only difference was a brighter ansi rating and a slightly better contrast ratio(on paper).
In reviews they said that they saw no difference in contrast.
Ive seen MT1's going for £1700 inc vat on the net!
Or if you prefer an MT3 its only £300 more.

As LCD's go its a good one to consider. Also the Sanyo plv30 is supposed to be good as well.
Demo as you have been doing, its the best way.

Let us know what you go for.....

p.s. you can check my link below for pics of my setup. I will be adding more "in action" very soon.....

I've decided to wait for the time being, prices need to come down a bit more. I am considering installing a dedicated room, 'fulabeer' and others have inspired me. But you know what it's like, I'll spot something in a store and that's it, I'll be buying again.
