Was browsing Tesco's website and noticed the above listed model for £247 delivered.

Is this likely to be the model name for one of the 3rd generation players?

This model doesn't seem to be listed anywhere else, not even on Toshiba's own website.

I notice it's not in stock and that they have the E1 priced at £350.

The photo on the Tesco site is that of one of the new yet to be released models.
As they list spec of 1080p/24fps it looks to be the A30. Interesting price!
