Toshiba EP10 Not upscaling

Hi I have just inserted Ironman standard DVD and had the message "High Def display is not available" The disc then loads and runs at 576p . I then put in HD DVD and sets the display to 480. Switch it off then retart and HDDVD at 1080 and the Iron man then upscales to 1080 as well. Anyone else seen this it has never happened to any other disc I have palyed.

yep i have had that on a few SD DVD's a stop and start fixes it.
On my XE1.
