I think the Optoma and Sagem look better. Why style a dlp like an 90's crt?

Malso mate, i think you got the wrong end of the stick. I have browse these forums everyday. Not once have i felt lion or razor are rubbing anyones face in the dirt or bragging about how much money they have. This is a fun place to talk about dlp`s and help other members. Calm down and enjoy  I also agree that too many posts about sets which we might never see are being posted here, not all by you by any means but lets try to stick to ones we will get here. So we can dream about what we may be able to buy

you have been rude before Razor, i had another of your sarcastic posts some time ago, the moderator emailed me about it......e.g ``i'm not a funny little man`` and this to me is yet another insult !

we're here to discuss all dlp alternatives, that might be available over here in the future and not just the ones already here, in addition; May time is not a year away and only a fool will buy without research first....now what will be around in May time? maybe these lot, so why not talk about it

there's nothing wrong with this thread about a future dlp, it's bang on topic, well there wasn't until you two decided to attack me...this is not the first time that you have spoilt one of my threads!

well i think it looks great, but the reason it's here; is that there's a lot of interest in this future 1080p technology.........well there is interest from some members here, but obviously as you can see; not from others  ;)

Toshiba dlp's tend to look heavy and this one looks like a heavyweight version of the Sammy HLR........

aaahh.........nothing wrong with the 90's CRT, just too small a screen nowadays and way too deep, more like a fridge :rotfl: :rotfl:......the new CRT's comming out ``superslim`` look great....this will be a big threat to everyone; because the P.Q is so good....but enough of this or i'll bore Razor and Lion :smashin:

I think it's the speaker and base I don't like. It looks really old fashioned and cheap. Maybe you can get it without that stand.

Can ppl calm down before I get  cause it's :boring: and I'll comit :suicide: :lease:

Nothing wrong with lots of wonga. Moneys like socks , tons of it around and I seem to keep losing mine.

to me it looks ok, the one i dislike is the existing Tosh, it's very hard to find other isometric views of it on the web, they're all like that photo..

you dont need to use that stand anyway, i've seen loads on Dealtime; or design and fabricate your own...dead easy....yea' that looks alright now :D

    OK. Stop.

For the record, Malso is entitled to make us all aware of what's happening across the pond. Those who are truly interested in the topic will find this information interesting, regardless of whether or not these things ever arrive in Europe. This is a website; people from the USA are welcome here anyway.

If any member finds the subject boring, then I encourage them to not read the thread. Pretty easy, really.

What no-one is entitled to do (with or without smilies) is to publicly criticise another member's post. I know that certain of you are proud of your own "sense of humour". Which is fine, right up to the point where someone doesn't find it funny. And that's where we are here. There's a fine line between humour and insult, and in my view that line has been crossed.

With apologies to anyone who actually wanted to add anything of value to this thread, this discussion is closed.

THere's a bunch of people round here giving this forum a really unpleasant atmosphere with your Cliquey attitudes and petty arguing.
I'm banning the lot of you for a week.
