I have just purchased a 530e dvd player with Pal & Ntsc prog scan but I have noticed that when playing a discs to test player out in prog scan the picture seems to jerk when panning across a scene, is this a fault or normal in prog scan.

I have seen this on my Toshiba 510 with my Panny ae100 pj but not very often, the worse I have seen is at the start of 'The Core' (R1) where the camera pans accross the city as people die.

What do you think of the de-interlacer in the 530, does it remove the jaggies as it is supposed to.
My 510 does but only with NTSC disc's :(
