Just thought you might like to know how to make DVD-R videos which work on the Toshiba 510E (And probably other Toshiba models)

    Simply use VOB's InstantCD+DVD version 6.4!

In the past, I have tried PrimoDVD and Nero (5.5.8.2) and neither of these make disks which will play on the Toshiba.

But, I just did a test using InstantCD and it worked first time.

    I hope this helps.

Interesting Jon, is the program copy right prohibitive? Nero isn't for cds, I just wonder if Instantcd+dvd is the same in that it warns you but lets you cpoy any way.
    Useful info though.

    Its not 100% brilliant news...

    InstantCD/DVD 6.4 seems really unstable.

I have a bunch of DVD filesystems on my Hard-disk. Verson 6.4 will write some of the, but do strange things to the others (i.e spit out the disk after writing exactly 1024Mbytes).

I downgraded to 6.0, which seems a lot more stable, but it doesn't have "DVD Video" option.

Instead I wrote a 'UDF Data' disk and this won't play on ANY player.
