Toshiba 42Z3030D Overscan setting?

Anyone know any way of changing overscan in the above TV? In some of my Wii games, the top and bottom is "chopped off" when in Exact Scan mode. Any other mode is even worse.

I found out how to go into Service Menu, but that's just a list of hex values, didn't want to touch it!

Also I seem to be stuck in Service Mode - there's a small S at the top right, and every time I press Menu the Service Menu comes up again.

I read that pressing Menu on the side of the TV exits service mode, but it would appear not.

Help!
