Toshiba 42RV530U any good?

Hello, I am looking into buying a 42 inch television and have it down to either a 42 panasonic px80U plasma or the Toshiba 42RV530U. I was curious if anyone has had any problems with the Toshiba or has any input on what is the right television to go with?
