Toshiba 40XF355D ATV picture size

Hi all
anyone got an idea how to optimise the picture size for full screen on the ATV mode for the XF355 ? When on ATV mode my BBC1/2 , C4, ITV have black bars at top of btm of screen but when I switch to DTV picture fills the screen pertectly !! ??

Analogue transmissions are generally 14:9 or 4:3 so they won't fill the screen, digital transmissions are 16:9. So to fill the screen on analogue you going have to select the correct aspect ratio with black bars at the side or select zoom to stretch the picture to fill the screen, what suits you best is your choice.
