Hi All,
My Toshiba 40XF has developed an unusual fault in that in lower contrast scenes I can see a bright horizontal line running across the screen (probably of the order a dozen pixels tall - ie its a thick line). Most of the time you cant see it but as I say when its a lower contrast scene its quite prominent.
Its about two thirds down from the top of the screen.
This only started about a few weeks ago. No problems of this nature prior to that.
Has anyone else encountered this?
I bought the TV from JL 5 months ago. Are they legally obliged to replace it or do I have to wait weeks while its sent off and repaired etc?
Thanks
N
