Toshiba 37WLT66 v Samsung LE40R73BDX which is the best

Hi all

Just new to the forum and are looking for some advice on the Toshiba 37WLT66 v Samsung LE40R73BDX which is the best as i really can't make my mind up i like the looks better of the sammy but like the connectivity of the tosh as for the picture quality i think they both look good any help on this would be great thanks

Personally, you'll be better of 40" Sammy and I've seen it in action. For some reason, only the 40" Sammy seem the best out of 26 and 32.

I'm looking to buy a £1000 LCD TV and after a lot of research it's come down to either the Toshiba 37WLT66 or the Samsung LE40R74BDX.

I would really appreciate some help on this. I notice that on the Toshiba there are 2 HDMI sockets; on the Samsung, there is 1. But the Samsung has a bigger screen.

Can someone please help!!!!!!!!!!

Samsung really isn't any good whatsoever.
It has a bad scaler, bad picture processors, bad contrast, more ghosting than it's competitors etc.
It would be better for you to buy the Toshiba.
