    Hi,

I have recently purchased this TV.

Could you tell me, when it is set to 4:3, on the sides where the picture meets the black bars on the left there is a red line and on the right there is a blue line...is this normal?

In theroy to me would that mean the covergence is out. Thers is also a slight blue line at the edges of peoples faces sometimes on sky. But generally the picture looks good with no obvious converging problems.

Although when checking with the DVE disc it all appears to be ok.

    Thanks

    Richard
