About 6 months ago i was moving house and dropped my Tosh about an inch or so onto my friend's car boot lip. This seemed to split the plastic on the centre grill (cosmetic, nothing serious), but the main problem is that the blue frame surrounding the screen is now bulging out at either side. It seems to have come away from a bracket inside, although I'm no expert.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I take the front off the TV (how easy is this??) and try to fix the problem myself, or get a repair person round (is this the kind of problem they could fix?)?

The TV piocture is as good as it ever was, its just ruining the look of the set!

    Any help greatly appreciated!

No expert mate but I'd get someone round to look at it if it were me!

Alternatively you might be insured under your household policy for a new TV.

Tried that, but I wasn't insured for accidental damage.

I think i may be able to do it myself, I just have visions of the TV falling to bits after I unscrew the front!

Does anyone know how easy it is to take off the casing of these TV's?
