Hi all,
I bought a 32" Toshiba 32zd09 TV a while ago now and have had a couple of problems with it - the sound is terrible sometimes, it buzzes/howls occasionally and some programmes are unwatchable it is so bad. I thought it could be because the subwoofer channel is set to go through the main (internal) speakers, but a guy from Richer Sounds told me not. Would a separate external subwoofer cure this?
I also have vertical bands in the centre of the picture from time to time which seems to have been a problem for one other Toshiba owner on this site.
This is my first big TV but I'm pretty sure I've set it up well. DVD picture is fantastic but DVDs occasionally suffer the buzzing problem too (seems to be low frequency sounds).
Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
