Toshiba 32WL56 settings

I've got the Tosh 32WL56 and as much as I'd like to upgrade, cannot justify doing so when there's nothing wrong with the current set (it was very well reviewed when I got it). Can anyone advise on the best settings to get the best picture for DVD and Sky and Virgin TV.

I did a search but nothing was terribly obvious. Being female, I'm not the most technically minded nor indeed the most patient when setting kit up
