Hello, just wondering if there's a difference between Toshiba's 32WL56 and the 32WL56P version, and also if the 'buzzing' which comes from the unit (apparently), is really much of an issue.

Any pros,cons/remarks about this model would be much appreciated...

    Thanks in advance.

Only wondering, as various pictures show the 56 having a grey surround whilst the 56p has a black one..

I have the 32" 'p' version and my surround is grey. I can't find any differences between the 'p' and 'none p'

I have the 27WL56 and the buzzing only comes on if you hvae the 'Backlight' set at a high level - about 70%, or Picture mode 1.

Selecting Picture Mode 3 gets rid of the buzzing as the backlight is at 30%. The picture is probably the best at this setting.

The 32 version has got top reviews, so it would be a good buy, but if you try and stretch your budget to a Panasonic 32LXD52 that would be the best option:)
