TOSHIBA 32 WD 98 B - turns off itself

I have a problem with my set

~ Turning itself off at any given moment ! ~

Im having great difficulty in finding a repairer that will fix a 32" TV.

This has been sent back once - they could not find a fault... they sent it back ... cost £35 ..... they mentioned a `dry socket` - whatever that is ?

Phoned Toshiba - the nearest approved repairers are 80-90 miles away...

I am in the TS 19 area (stockton on tees)

Can anybody advise ? Surely I dont have to buy a new set ?

Thanks in advance.
