Just been to my local electronics shop and im still non the wiser.

Just cant decide between the 2. The fact that the PD30 has a sticky all of its own for reporting problems is a bit disconcerting. But im sure there are many zp38 owners out there with similar stories.

The lad in the shop said the PQ on the panasonic was better that the tosh. Has anyone had both? is this so?

Any ideas to help me decide?

I have a Panny E-55 dvd recorder on order so should this sway me towards the Panny?

Ive had the Tosh for about 3 mnths. The picture quality is stunning and the sound very very good. Mine is connected to sky+/dvd player/vcr and xbox and Ive had no probs what so ever. Its on most of the time im home therefore used frequently.Highly recommended
