    Hi
Any Toshiba owners using component to component? What lead are you using? I've heard mixed reports about need to spend £10 vs £50 and wondered what the results were like for you owners. Some say Maplin for a £10 lead but something tells me it'll be crap...

    Gracias.

I'm using a 3M cable from Chord (£85 I think). Seems OK, although I can't honestly see any difference between it and RGB scart.

    Hi,

I spent £75 on some cables for my Tosh - I could not tell the difference between them and my IXOS gold SCART RGB connection. In fact, I preferred the RGB and the cables sit doing nothing in a box ! I guess it depends somewhat on the TV, the source (DVD manuf/model)....

Just because you have component input - doesn't mean they will necessarily be the best option. Many will disagree.....perhaps I have low-res eyes !

    Cheers

Only difference I noticed was improved colour saturation on NTSC stuff.

I use it [when I can] because it frees up the RGB scart for my Digibox
