I've got a great programme on the HD i want to save onto a DVD-r but reading the complicated manual - i can see everything except

    " Recording/Dubbing from HD to DVD-r "

    or...

"Recording/Dubbing from HD to blank media"

If anyone can point me to that particular bit in the manual ( in case i'm more blind than i thought ) or give me some quick hints, t'would be appreciated

If what you have on the HD is ready to dub (i.e. it doesn't need any editing, or you've already done it), then use the procedure "Creating a DVD-Video using DVD-R/RW" (Page 122 of the manual).

If it needs editing (e.g. editing out adverts), then create chapters for both the good bits and the adverts, and make a "Playlist" of just the good bits. Then select this playlist when doing the "Creating a DVD-Video using DVD-R/RW".
