My Panasonic TX32PK1 is currently in the workshop. Two problems.
    1. Soap bubble patterns on zoomed images
    2. (the reason for this thread) Green line down left side of 4:3 DVD pictures via RGB scart.

Spoke to the engineers today and they said that the green line is caused by interference from the multi-region mod performed for Richer Sounds on my Tosh 2109 DVD. Panasonic said they have had a number of complaints and that this is probably the cause.
Searching the forum (TV Topics) there are a few posts regarding the problem but no mention of the DVD causing it.

I spoke to Richer sounds and they think there was a problem a couple of years ago with some DVD players (Had mine since last October) but the Manager who knows about it is not in the shop until tomorrow. I will speak to him but in the meantime, has anyone else experienced this 'excuse'?
