TOSH HD-E1/XE1 V1.5 firmware when.?

Does anybody know when the version 1.5 firmware will be ready for the HD-E1 and XE1.???

And will it solve the playback problem, with the Discovery HD discs.??

I would suspect that unless someone finds a EU issued disc with problems then Toshiba UK - never a speedy organisation - would find any excuse to say there is no problem to fix...

Are any "local" discs with playback problems ? I only have about 2 EU issues out of 25 or so films now...
