Hi all,

NEED HELP! PLEASE!

I have just bought a Tosh D-R2SC dvd recorder.

I hooked up so that it can record from cable TV and from VCR.

I also connected so that I can go backward from the DVD and record to VCR.

However, whenever I tried to record the dvd to vcr, there is no video, only sound during playback. The worst thing is that it scrambled my vcr so bad that the vcr can no longer output the correct video signal. (no matter a/v or coxial). I tried twice and killed 2 of my VCRs. Even if I unplug everthing and connected only the VCR output directly to TV, the vcr output still scrambled.

Anyone knows what happened? I am now suspecting the progressive-scan signal from the DVD killled my VCRs!!

Any ideas how to save my VCRs?

thanks a million for any hints.

Lawkay.
