Just finished putting it up .The only problem I had was the stand where one side has a hinge so you can get to the little door to plug stuff in to .now that I have sorted that out its time for a play .thanks for all the information you lot gave to me it was very helpful indeed.

    Thanks

Got mine from http://www.digitaldirectuk.com/products_moreinfo3/index.asp?product_id=6242 it was £1495.01 + £49.99 Delivery.
Have to say so far they have provided a good service, I had a call at 7.15am to say they would be 45min's by 8.45 I had the set unpacked and plugged in.

Didn't go with an extended warranty, thinking about looking around at some point from a specialist company as they are generally cheeper.

Mine is due on saturday  - just had a call from sound and vision today - they have been very helpful. I've bought from them before and was impressed hence this purchase. I got mine for £1545 delivered.

Beware of some sights selling grey imports... and incorrect shipping prices on websites - its always a good idea to call. Gultronics tried to charge me £90 for delivery when their site said £11 something and their price for the TV was different too :nono: They may be great people and some here have used them say this but I had a bad feeling so went with those i'd dealt with before and trusted.

I'm going to shop around for warranty too - check out the warranty exchange as they are offering 3 years (that's 1 + 2) for £164.

macsen - I placed my order on friday evening about 8pm and they phoned me first thing saturday morning to say that the item would be ready within 5-7 days and that they'd phone again nearer the time for a delivery date and time. They phoned me again yesterday to say that the TV would be delivered on saturday afternoon by courier and two guys. This is the same level of communication they have provided when I bought a TV from them last summer. I'd give them another call and find out what the delay is - I got straight through when I phoned them on friday. They had half a dozen in stock.
