TOSH 42pw23p on and off problems

Could anyone shed some light on this problem, the tele is about 2 years old, and now i am having problems, if the tele has been on for a few hours then you turn it off you have to wait about 20 mins to 1 hour to come on but the problem is getting worse. sometimes the picture comes on and no sound then sometimes the sound is there but no picture.

Any suggestions
