I am looking to order a Tosh 32ZP48 in the next couple of weeks. Few questions though before I do.

Is there any reviews online that I could look at as I can’t find any?

The set has no HDMI connection although is there a way that you could make this possible via another bit of kit?

If anybody owns one of these would they say the picture quality is good?

    Thanks in advance

    Gareth

wouldnt bother with reviews to be honest. better off making up your own mind.

pic quality is great. wish i could afford one!
although if the settings as standard are the same as other models they need adjusted!

there is a thread about here somewhere (last 2 days) with good settings for the tosh

    have a search about.

    good luck

No I thought not, I looked all around the we and found no reviews other than the 36" one. Having said that which.co.uk does have a little review of it!

There are no CRTs in the UK with HDMI/DVI connectivity yet. You can still get High-Def pictures via component but when Sky and others start transmitting HD broadcasts with HDCP you'll be stuffed. However, if this isn't a priority for you, and lets face it it's going to be some years away until everyone is broadcasting HD, then the 32z48 is a very capable set. Best PQ I've seen so far for the money.

AFAIK the 32ZP48 and the 32ZP38 are identical as far as performance and facilities go. The only differences are cosmetic. There are plenty of reviews about for the ZP38.

I thought the ZP48 was the Picture Frame 3 version and the ZP38 was only Picture Frame 2. Probably not a great deal if difference but just thought I'd mention it.

    Regards

err, well believe it or not I repainted the wall and two days later I spilled not one but two bottles of wine on it - not whole bottles of course, but enough. I rather fear for the new carpet and curtains in the living room ! Regards, yt.
