I paid 365 for the multi region when it first came out. Would willingly pay the extra £20 for the usage Ive had out of it! must be coming up for 3 months now

They are the same as far as I am concerned on Svid and composite.

The Tosh is better on RGB (its more noticeable on the Tosh than the sony).

On the projector the tosh wins because its prog scan is better than the prog scan on the projector which. Sound quality both are the same I use the digital out for sound.

Saying all that my Sony is still wired up for use, but i mostly use it as the system CD player.

Just paid £369 at RGB - however used my Baclaycard - should be able to reclaim the difference back after 60 days.

I paid £354 in June for the multiregion model from RS. Plus they threw in 2 DVD-RAM discs as well, so I'm still happy.
