Hi all.
Sorry if this has been covered before, please bear with me I a noob.

I have a Toshiba 30WL46 that has a DVI-D input but no HDMI.
is it possible to link a Sky HD box with this and use the audio outs separately?

I have seen various cables advertised, but don't know if they will do the job?
I don't want to get an HD box only to have to bye a new TV on the same weekend.

Thanks in advance everyone.

You can use an HDMI to DVI-D adaptor to get a picture on the TV, but your Tosh TV will only give you an HD picture from a Sky HD box if it supports HDCP, which is the copy protection protocol used to prevent pirating of HD material.

I'm pretty sure that the Tosh does have HDCP so you should be OK.
